The training was very insightful and informative, I have learnt a lot on best practices as far as Talent Acquisition and Retention is concerned given the size of our organization.The trainer was very engaging and used a lot of real life scenarios that were relatable and easy to understand.

Due to the manageable number of trainees, the training provided ample opportunities for interaction with the trainer and the use of practical, real-world examples. This approach made the sessions highly engaging and relevant to our work environment. The training was both practical and enriching, tailored to meet our needs as trainees and as an organization. I had a great experience with the Trainer, Mr. Godfrey Omondi.
