Cyprus passport holders are visa-exempt for Kenya for stays of up to 90 days under Kenya’s eTA-exempt list, so a 5-day training trip to Kisumu does not need a visa or eTA. The official Kenya eTA site lists Cyprus among nationals exempt for 90 days, and it also says conference travelers should carry an invitation/participation letter as supporting documentation.
