Education and Knowledge Transfer Post-Disaster Training Course

This is the second time I am undertaking a training through Trainingcred, and interestingly, both have been in Rwanda. The instructors are usually well equipped and provide relevant training material laced with personal experience. They also go out of their way to ensure that from the moment you arrive to your departure, you are well catered for.

Including macroeconomic variables in our ECL model will support better provisioning.

Our training facilitator, Mr. Okeyo, was absolutely exceptional. Trainingcred went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the program, providing outstanding support and care. My experience has been excellent. The material is directly relevant to my work, and the pace of progress has been steady and effective. I’ve also been fortunate to have an outstanding instructor, Allan, whose guidance has made the learning experience even better.

The training experience was truly exceptional and difficult to capture in words. It was a unique and enriching learning opportunity, unlike any I have previously encountered. It fostered meaningful discussions, encouraged active knowledge sharing, and allowed for comprehensive, in-depth exploration of key topics. The learning environment was highly interactive and intellectually stimulating. The trainer’s role extended beyond technical specialization. In addition to being an excellent Gender Specialist, she skillfully facilitated discussions, mediated perspectives, and integrated insights from MHPSS practices. This multidisciplinary approach greatly enriched the learning process and enabled the exchange of diverse experiences and knowledge. Furthermore, the thoughtful inclusion of field visits, including the Safari Walk and Nairobi National Park, added a practical and memorable dimension to the training. These experiences provided valuable contextual understanding and contributed to what was genuinely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I sincerely thank Trainingcred for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to delivering such a high-quality training experience.

Overall, the training was well-organized and I appreciated that the trainer had done his background research on SeyCCAT, he understood our context. The content was relevant and professionally delivered.

Choosing Trainingcred as my training partner was an intentional and rewarding decision.
