The Leadership and Management Skills for New Managers and Supervisors training in Nairobi was an eye-opening and highly impactful experience for me. The facilitator was very well versed in the subject matter, and overall my training experience with him was very good. However, it would be helpful if future sessions could provide copies of the FIDIC Red Book, even in photocopy form, as I understand the original is quite expensive.
