ISO 37001:2025 Transition Overview
Organizations maintaining ISO 37001:2016-certified anti-bribery management systems require professionals who can navigate the technical revisions seamlessly. You need capabilities to: analyze clause-by-clause changes between versions, interpret new climate and sustainability requirements within ABMS contexts, update conflict of interest procedures per Clause 8.5 enhancements, realign anti-bribery function roles with expanded responsibilities, and harmonize your ABMS documentation with other ISO management system standards.
This transition course transforms your existing ISO 37001 knowledge into 2025-ready implementation expertise. You'll master the Amendment ISO 37001:2016/Amd 1:2024 integration, map new sustainability subclauses to anti-bribery controls, assess gaps in current conflict of interest management processes, develop transition plans addressing anti-bribery function evolution, create harmonized documentation templates for multi-standard integration, and prepare comprehensive management briefings on ABMS updates. The course covers conceptual understanding of all changes while providing practical planning frameworks for your transition project.
