Training venue

Central Cairo, Zamalek, and New Cairo offer a range of 4–5-star hotels and dedicated conference facilities that regularly host corporate trainings and international events, with modern AV setups and English-speaking staff common at major properties.

Getting there

Direct flights are available from Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) to Cairo International Airport (CAI), operated by EgyptAir on a daily basis; typical nonstop time is about 5 hours 5 minutes. Kenya Airways also sells NBO-CAI itineraries, while some alternatives connect via hubs such as Addis Ababa, Dubai, Jeddah, or Entebbe depending on the carrier.

Visa

Kenya passport holders need a paper visa before traveling to Egypt, according to the Embassy of Egypt in Nairobi. For a 5-day professional training course, that means obtaining a business visa in advance; one embassy listing says visa processing for business visas takes at least 10 business days and consular fees for a single-entry visa are $27 in one embassy fee schedule, though that fee page is posted by a different Egyptian mission and may not match Nairobi exactly.

Safety

Use registered taxis or reputable ride-hailing apps, keep valuables discreet in crowded areas and markets, and allow extra time for security checks at hotels, offices, and public buildings.
