Visa

Liberian passport holders are not listed among Uganda’s visa-exempt nationalities, so a visa is required for travel to Uganda; VisaHQ describes Uganda’s electronic pre-approval / e-visa process as online before arrival, with applicants traveling on the approved e-visa confirmation after issuance. Uganda’s official immigration site confirms visa-abolition only for the countries it lists, and Liberia is not included.
