The Leadership and Management Skills for New Managers and Supervisors training in Nairobi was an eye-opening and highly impactful experience for me. The sessions provided practical knowledge and valuable insights into effective leadership, team management, communication, delegation, and decision-making in the workplace. The trainer, Maureen Odhiambo, was highly professional, engaging, and knowledgeable throughout the training. She delivered the sessions in an interactive manner and shared relevant real-life examples that made the concepts easy to understand and relate to. Her approach encouraged participation, learning, and reflection on practical workplace situations. The training has greatly enhanced my understanding of leadership and management, and I feel more empowered and confident in handling supervisory and management responsibilities effectively. It was a worthwhile learning experience that will positively contribute to my professional growth and performance.

The training experience was truly exceptional and difficult to capture in words. It was a unique and enriching learning opportunity, unlike any I have previously encountered. The training delivered by Trainingcred was outstanding. The materials were well-structured, relevant, and highly engaging. Furthermore, the thoughtful inclusion of field visits, including the Safari Walk and Nairobi National Park, added a practical and memorable dimension to the training. These experiences provided valuable contextual understanding and contributed to what was genuinely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I sincerely thank Trainingcred for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to delivering such a high-quality training experience.

My experience was nice and the training was well tailored to the practical experience that the team had. The environment at the training center was also very good and the people were supportive.

My stay in Kenya was truly enjoyable. Thank you for organizing such a well-structured training. The venue, the content, and the delivery were all excellent. I also want to commend the choice of trainer. While many of those involved in FIDIC are engineers, it's important to recognize that these contracts are fundamentally legal in nature. Having a trainer with a legal background added significant value to our sessions, making them both insightful and productive. Thank you once again.
