The Leadership and Management Skills for New Managers and Supervisors training in Nairobi was an eye-opening and highly impactful experience for me. The trainer, Maureen Odhiambo, was highly professional, engaging, and knowledgeable throughout the training. In November 2024, I completed the Debt Collection and Credit Management Course, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The facilitator was very well versed in the subject matter, and overall my training experience with him was very good. However, it would be helpful if future sessions could provide copies of the FIDIC Red Book, even in photocopy form, as I understand the original is quite expensive.

The training included real-life examples, with both the trainer and trainees sharing their experiences in different countries and companies. The content is applicable to my everyday audit work, which involves analyzing various forms of data to aid decision-making.

For beginners, however, it may be helpful to include a deeper exploration of key RTM dimensions such as route design, joint business planning, and channel segmentation.
