ISO/IEC 27002 Manager Training

This was an excellent course, and I am grateful to have discovered it through a conversation with my colleague. With over 20 years in the IT field, I found this course to be a true eye-opener. It effectively tied together concepts related to finance, budgeting, and the importance of proper project budgeting to avoid overspending. The integration of theories from business theorists like Henry Fayol and Henry Mintzberg was particularly appreciated. The practical calculations taught, such as ROI, payback rate, IRR, and benefit-cost analysis, will be invaluable in assessing project feasibility. The course was well-structured and packed with information. Initially, I was skeptical about the small class size, consisting only of myself and my colleague. However, after the first day, I realized this was an advantage, as it allowed us to receive full attention from our facilitator and engage in meaningful discussions that enhanced our learning experience. I was so impressed that I am eager to enroll in more courses. I will certainly share these details with others, as I believe your programs are well-planned and designed, and others should be aware of their value.

The training on Project Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation with Microsoft Project was both a gateway and an eye-opener, revealing more efficient and innovative approaches to achieving objectives in daily tasks and project delivery. It offered practical insights into planning, tracking, and reporting using Microsoft Project—directly aligning with the core responsibilities of my role. The sessions effectively clarified key monitoring and evaluation concepts and demonstrated how digital tools can enhance structure, efficiency, and measurability in project management. While a larger and more diverse group of participants from various roles and countries could have enriched discussions with broader perspectives, the overall experience was excellent. The learning objectives were comprehensively covered, and the facilitator showcased deep expertise coupled with an engaging teaching style.

The training was well organized and took place in a conducive learning environment. The Data Analytics module was comprehensive, covering the fundamentals through Google Colab (Python), Power BI, and R, which provided a solid technical foundation.

It was a really nice experience, and I found it very beneficial.
