The training was very insightful and informative, I have learnt a lot on best practices as far as Talent Acquisition and Retention is concerned given the size of our organization.The trainer was very engaging and used a lot of real life scenarios that were relatable and easy to understand.

Even with my extensive background in occupational safety and health, I was genuinely surprised by how much I still had to learn. The resource person’s in-depth knowledge of the subject introduced fresh perspectives and valuable insights that will undoubtedly enhance my professional practice.

The sessions were exceptionally informative, well-structured, and thoughtfully delivered, encouraging participation and deeper reflection on critical issues. The Leadership and Management Skills for New Managers and Supervisors training in Nairobi was an eye-opening and highly impactful experience for me. The sessions provided practical knowledge and valuable insights into effective leadership, team management, communication, delegation, and decision-making in the workplace. The trainer, Maureen Odhiambo, was highly professional, engaging, and knowledgeable throughout the training. She delivered the sessions in an interactive manner and shared relevant real-life examples that made the concepts easy to understand and relate to. Her approach encouraged participation, learning, and reflection on practical workplace situations. The training has greatly enhanced my understanding of leadership and management, and I feel more empowered and confident in handling supervisory and management responsibilities effectively. It was a worthwhile learning experience that will positively contribute to my professional growth and performance.

Apart from solar, storage, and wind, every other module I took was entirely new to me. I’m excited to deepen my knowledge in renewable energy. My tutor was very patient and understanding; he worked around my tight schedule and supported me in every way throughout the training. I’m especially looking forward to applying what I’ve learned, including exploring grant-funded pilot projects in renewable energy.
