The sessions provided practical knowledge and valuable insights into effective leadership, team management, communication, delegation, and decision-making in the workplace. The facilitator was very well versed in the subject matter, and overall my training experience with him was very good. However, it would be helpful if future sessions could provide copies of the FIDIC Red Book, even in photocopy form, as I understand the original is quite expensive.
