ISO 37001 Foundation Training

The experience during this course was truly enriching, as I acquired tactics and frameworks that will assist me professionally. I recognized that the value of this course is significantly enhanced by its one-on-one format, which facilitates better synchronization and synergy between the trainee and trainer.

The Leadership and Management Skills for New Managers and Supervisors training in Nairobi was an eye-opening and highly impactful experience for me. The sessions provided practical knowledge and valuable insights into effective leadership, team management, communication, delegation, and decision-making in the workplace. The trainer, Maureen Odhiambo, was highly professional, engaging, and knowledgeable throughout the training. She delivered the sessions in an interactive manner and shared relevant real-life examples that made the concepts easy to understand and relate to. Her approach encouraged participation, learning, and reflection on practical workplace situations. The training has greatly enhanced my understanding of leadership and management, and I feel more empowered and confident in handling supervisory and management responsibilities effectively. It was a worthwhile learning experience that will positively contribute to my professional growth and performance.

I’m eager to attend the face-to-face training, as its practical, hands-on format and direct interaction with the trainer will significantly enhance my learning and understanding of real-world applications.

This multidisciplinary approach greatly enriched the learning process and enabled the exchange of diverse experiences and knowledge. Furthermore, the thoughtful inclusion of field visits, including the Safari Walk and Nairobi National Park, added a practical and memorable dimension to the training. These experiences provided valuable contextual understanding and contributed to what was genuinely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I sincerely thank Trainingcred for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to delivering such a high-quality training experience.

The facilitator was very well versed in the subject matter, and overall my training experience with him was very good. However, it would be helpful if future sessions could provide copies of the FIDIC Red Book, even in photocopy form, as I understand the original is quite expensive.
