The training was very insightful and informative, I have learnt a lot on best practices as far as Talent Acquisition and Retention is concerned given the size of our organization.The trainer was very engaging and used a lot of real life scenarios that were relatable and easy to understand.

Due to the manageable number of trainees, the training provided ample opportunities for interaction with the trainer and the use of practical, real-world examples. This approach made the sessions highly engaging and relevant to our work environment. The training was both practical and enriching, tailored to meet our needs as trainees and as an organization. It offered valuable insights and hands-on learning experiences that directly enhanced our professional capabilities.

I’m eager to attend the face-to-face training, as its practical, hands-on format and direct interaction with the trainer will significantly enhance my learning and understanding of real-world applications.

I had a great experience with the Trainer, Mr. Godfrey Omondi. The training was tailored to my needs as Supervisor on projects and facilities and addressed the skills gaps on modern tools and technologies used in facilities management.The training also enhanced my communication and leadership skills gained through hands on experience in my previous construction industry career. This was an excellent course, and I am grateful to have discovered it through a conversation with my colleague. With over 20 years in the IT field, I found this course to be a true eye-opener. It effectively tied together concepts related to finance, budgeting, and the importance of proper project budgeting to avoid overspending. The integration of theories from business theorists like Henry Fayol and Henry Mintzberg was particularly appreciated. The practical calculations taught, such as ROI, payback rate, IRR, and benefit-cost analysis, will be invaluable in assessing project feasibility. The course was well-structured and packed with information. Initially, I was skeptical about the small class size, consisting only of myself and my colleague. However, after the first day, I realized this was an advantage, as it allowed us to receive full attention from our facilitator and engage in meaningful discussions that enhanced our learning experience. I was so impressed that I am eager to enroll in more courses.
