The course was detailed, well-organized and covered the essentials, like succession planning and aligning talent strategies with business goals, in a way that made sense and felt super practical.The facilitator was engaging and provided opportunities for discussions and alignment with my current role. He was eager to see how the knowledge I was gaining would be applicable to the unique aspects of my role and the organisation.One thing I think could make the course even better is adding a few short online videos to watch-on how various organisations are handling this aspect- this will keep it practical, warm and exciting, especially for those new to talent management or those looking to refresh their knowledge and skills.All in all, I’m walking away with some great ideas and practical strategies I’m excited to try out.
