Rwanda offers visa on arrival and eVisa for nationals of all countries; citizens of African Union, Commonwealth, and La Francophonie member states receive free visas on arrival for 30 days. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months with one blank page — confirm specific requirements with the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration.
