Can we keep the accreditation if the curriculum is changed?

Yes. The accredited learning outcomes stay intact — we adapt the examples, exercises, and assessments around your context. The certificate your team receives is the same as the public-cohort certificate.

What's the minimum team size?

We typically run cohorts from 6 participants. Smaller teams can join a public cohort with custom case-study supplements; larger teams (50+) can split into staggered waves.

How long does delivery actually take?

From first call to in-class is usually 2–3 weeks. Faster (5–7 days) is possible if you already have a brief; longer (4–6 weeks) for deep redesign with multiple stakeholders.

Can we do this onsite, virtual, or blended?

All three. Onsite at your offices, virtual instructor-led across timezones, or blended (live workshops + self-paced modules). We'll recommend a format in the proposal.

How is pricing structured?
