Terms and Conditions

• 1.1 When booking a training course, you are required to register and provide certain information about yourself. By registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• 1.2 Training courses can be booked via the booking forms available on the Trainingcred website: trainingcred.com.
• 1.3 Submission of a booking form represents an offer to Trainingcred to enroll you in the selected course. Upon submission, you will receive an automated email summarizing your booking request.
• 1.4 Trainingcred will confirm your booking by entering it into the system and sending an official confirmation email containing details of the course and instructions to commence learning.

• 2.1 Trainingcred reserves the right to change course fees at any time without prior notice. However, notice of new pricing will be provided where applicable.
• 2.2 At least 5% discount applies if three or more participants from the same organization book the same training course. This discount applies only to Trainingcred courses and cannot be combined with other offers. Course availability is subject to capacity.
• 2.3 Training fees include tuition, course materials, and, for face-to-face courses, refreshments and lunch.

• 3.1 Course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date.
• 3.2 Applicable sales taxes (e.g., VAT) will be charged as required by law, based on the product or customer location.
• 3.3 Trainingcred does not accept installment payments or deferred invoicing.

• 4.1 All services provided by Trainingcred are subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of services from Trainingcred signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• 4.2 If you propose alternative terms, Trainingcred's Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

• 5.1 All materials provided during Trainingcred courses, whether on the Learning Academy website or during training sessions, are the intellectual property of Trainingcred.
• 5.2 Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use these materials for personal learning purposes only.
• 5.3 No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or displayed without prior written consent from Trainingcred. Unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of Trainingcred's intellectual property rights.

Trainingcred will endeavor to accommodate any special requirements notified in advance on the booking form or through an email.

Participants attending face-to-face training must comply with all health and safety regulations at the training venue.

• 8.1 For participants requiring an invitation letter for visa purposes, Trainingcred can provide one upon receipt of full payment for the course fee.
• 8.2 Trainingcred is not responsible for participants' visa arrangements or any related costs in the event of visa denial.

Trainingcred reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. In such cases, no refunds or reimbursements will be provided.

Trainingcred reserves the right to assign or substitute trainers at its sole discretion. All trainers are qualified and approved by Trainingcred.

• 11.1 Trainingcred is not responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided during training sessions or in course materials.
• 11.2 Opinions expressed during the training are those of the individual trainers and do not necessarily reflect the views of Trainingcred.
• 11.3 Participants should seek professional advice for specific situations.

Trainingcred does not guarantee uninterrupted access to online course content. While efforts are made to ensure smooth access, Trainingcred is not liable for technical issues, bugs, or interruptions.

Participants will receive joining instructions, including an outline of the training day and venue details (for face-to-face courses), prior to the course start date via email.

• 14.1 Personal data provided during registration will be processed in accordance with GDPR.
• 14.2 Participant details (e.g., name, job title, employer) may be shared with trainers to enhance the training experience.

• 15.1 Cancellation by Participant To cancel your booking, notify Trainingcred via email at least 7 days before the course start date. A refund of the course fee, less a 30% administrative fee (plus VAT), will be issued. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
• 15.2 Substitution Participants may substitute their place at no cost if Trainingcred is notified more than 7 days before the course start date. Substitutions made within 7 days of the course will incur a USD 250 administrative fee.
• 15.3 Transfer Bookings may be transferred to another date for the same course, subject to availability. Transfers must be requested prior to the course start date.
• 15.4 Cancellation by Trainingcred Trainingcred reserves the right to alter or cancel courses in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, participants may transfer to another course date or receive a 100% refund. Trainingcred is not liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.

Failure to attend a course without prior notice will result in forfeiture of fees, and no transfer or refund will be provided.
